Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the getpsst.app website and the Psst apps. By using the site or the apps, you agree to them.

Using Psst

Psst lets you create and share to-do lists. You are responsible for the content you add and for the people you invite to your lists. Do not use Psst to break the law, to harm others, or to interfere with the service.

Accounts and your content

Your lists belong to you. You can export them and delete them at any time; deleting a list removes it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync your content so the app can work across your devices and the people you share with.

The beta

Psst is in active development. Beta features may change or break, and we may add, adjust, or remove features as the product grows. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect how you use Psst.

Paid plans

Pro is billed through the app store you bought it from. Renewals, trials, refunds, and cancellations follow that store's rules. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account.

No warranty and liability

Psst is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
